Identifiers of Evil

Evil cannot thrive in an environment where it is recognized as evil. Evil always comes to us in the name of doing good. If that is the case, how can we possibly distinguish between good and evil? When we see any of the following identifiers of evil, it should be like a flashing neon light, warning that the group or individual promoting an evil identifier is promoting evil. If all of us would simplify recognize that, we would not be deceived by evil and it could not thrive!

Partiality toward groups

Claims of victimhood

Classifying groups as oppressors and oppressed

Vengeance as opposed to forgiveness

Equal outcome as opposed to equal opportunity

Claim that injustice is not a two-way-street

Violence

Destruction

Claim that people are basically good and perfectible

Claim that moral restrictions on behavior is unjustified
